How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your Nutora account and associated personal data by emailing contact@nutora.pro from the email address connected to your Nutora account.

What to include

Please include:

• The email address connected to your Nutora account.
• A clear request to delete your account and data.
• Any additional information needed to identify your account, if requested by support.

What will be deleted

Deletion generally includes your account profile, meal history, meal photos, weight/progress entries, calorie and macro goals, and other personal data associated with your account, unless retention is required by law, security, dispute resolution, or financial record obligations.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Nutora account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel subscription renewal directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Processing time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law.
