1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Nutora, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
2. Service provider
Nutora is provided by Rafał Podraza, Bogusza Stęczyńskiego 19/1, 58-100 Świdnica, Poland, NIP: 8842813624. Contact: contact@nutora.pro.
3. The service
Nutora is a nutrition tracking app that helps users log meals using photos, manual entries, barcode product data, and progress statistics. Features may change over time. Nutora is intended to be available globally.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Nutora. By using Nutora, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
5. Nutrition estimates and health disclaimer
Nutora provides calorie and macronutrient estimates for informational and wellness tracking purposes only. Results may be inaccurate. Nutora is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary, clinical, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making health-related decisions.
6. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you enter, the photos you upload, and how you use Nutora’s estimates. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with service operation.
7. Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
8. Subscriptions and payments
Nutora may offer free and paid features, including monthly and yearly subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play billing. Subscription renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing are governed by the applicable app store rules. You can cancel subscription renewal through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. After cancellation, Premium access continues until the end of the already paid billing period.
9. Free analysis limits
Nutora may limit free users to 3 AI analyses per month. Limits, features, and pricing may change. Premium features may require an active subscription.
10. Intellectual property
Nutora, including its design, branding, text, software, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Nutora. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the service except as permitted by law.
11. Third-party services and data
Nutora may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, AI analysis, subscriptions, app store billing, and product nutrition data. These may include Supabase, Google authentication, RevenueCat, Apple App Store billing, Google Play billing, Open Food Facts, and AI infrastructure providers. Facebook login is not used. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
12. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that Nutora will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutora is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on nutrition estimates.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or if required by law or platform policy.
15. Privacy
Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
