2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use Nutora, we collect or may collect:

• Account information, such as email address, name, authentication identifiers, and profile details.
• Profile and wellness tracking information, such as age, height, weight, calorie goals, macro targets, activity level, and selected goal.
• Meal and nutrition information, such as meal history, calories, macronutrients, ingredients, product barcode information, and nutrition data used for meal logging.
• Meal photos that you choose to upload for analysis.
• Subscription status, product identifiers, entitlement information, and purchase status.
• Technical information, such as device type, operating system, app version, diagnostic logs, and security-related information.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide calorie and macronutrient estimates.
• Save your meal history and progress statistics.
• Authenticate your account and protect access to your data.
• Manage subscription access and premium features.
• Improve reliability, security, and user experience.
• Respond to support requests.

4. AI analysis and nutrition estimates

Nutora may use AI services to estimate calories and macronutrients from meal photos. These results are estimates and may be inaccurate. Nutora is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary, or clinical advice.

5. Meal photos

Meal photos uploaded by you may be stored in our database/storage and processed to provide meal analysis. Photos are kept until your account is deleted or until deletion is otherwise required by law or requested and technically possible. Photos may be sent to AI infrastructure providers only to provide the analysis feature.

6. Third-party services

Nutora uses or may use third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, AI processing, product nutrition data, payments, and support. These providers may process data according to their own terms and privacy practices. Current and planned providers include Supabase, Google authentication, RevenueCat, Apple App Store billing, Google Play billing, Open Food Facts, and AI infrastructure providers. Facebook login is not used.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play billing. We do not directly collect or store full payment card details. Subscription status and entitlement information may be processed through RevenueCat. Nutora may offer monthly and yearly subscription plans.

8. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Meal photos and meal history are generally stored until the account is deleted. You may request deletion of your account or personal data by contacting contact@nutora.pro or by following the instructions on our Data Deletion page.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, including if you are in the European Economic Area, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, or export your personal data. You can contact us at contact@nutora.pro to exercise these rights.

10. International availability and transfers

Nutora is intended to be available globally. Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence by us or our service providers. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

11. Children

Nutora is intended for users aged 16 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided personal data, contact us.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
